Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service in-store. The role involves makeup applications, brow/facial waxing, tinting, demos, and scheduling appointments while upholding Ulta policies and safety standards.

You will build client relationships, participate in training, and collaborate with store teams to drive sales and ensure a premium guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sales, product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assess needs and personalize service to drive sales.
• Perform Brow Bar services like waxing, tinting, threading and lash apps as trained.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis to showcase products.
• Book and manage appointments using the store system and promote services/events.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish Brow Bar area in line with brand standards.
