Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests and determining their needs, while assisting with makeup applications, waxing and tinting services.

The role requires active Esthetics or Cosmetology licensure, exceptional guest service, and the ability to stay informed on trends and products. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology/esthetics license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application, eyebrow/facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of Brow Bar and related areas.
• Adhere to all policies, safety and hygiene standards.
