Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize sales for the Benefit brand by engaging guests, performing brow/skin services, and promoting products and services. A current esthetics or cosmetology license is required, with strong guest service and the ability to learn product knowledge.

The role supports the Experience Manager in achieving service and retail goals, building customer relationships, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance across the Brow Bar

Qualifications

• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, and contribute to store sales and service targets.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize services, and recommend products, samples, and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, lash applications, threading.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the Brow Bar area and adjacent spaces.
• Adhere to policies, safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines.
