Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (The Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales in-store. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, waxing, tinting, and other brow services, and guide clients to services and products that meet their needs, while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and brand standards.

You will book appointments, maintain a clean Brow Bar, participate in trainings, and collaborate with store teams to deliver outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and tailor services to their needs.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage the service schedule.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and inventory; ensure testers meet hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with store team and brand partners to drive sales.
