Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform brow/waxing services and lash applications per policy.
• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar schedule.
• Maintain clean, stocked Brow Bar and store areas.
• Participate in inventory and merchandising processes.
