Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize sales at the Brow Bar by greeting guests, performing waxing and tinting services, and recommending products. The role requires an esthetics/cosmetology license where required by law and strong guest service skills.

You will book appointments, maintain the Brow Bar, and collaborate with team members to meet store goals while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing/tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and personalize service; recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar activities and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with store team and participate in trainings to drive sales.
