Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert (Brow Waxing) to maximize sales of the Benefit brand. The role involves greeting guests, performing brow services, waxing, tinting, lash applications, and building loyal client relationships in a fast-paced store environment.

You will support the Experience Manager with service and retail goals, stay current on trends, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law.
• Experience with makeup application and waxing, tinting.
• Strong guest service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform Brow Bar services: eyebrow and facial waxing, tinting, lash applications.
• Schedule appointments and manage the Brow Bar bookings.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and product displays; follow policies.
