Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Brow Bar) to maximize Benefit brand sales while delivering exceptional guest service. You will perform waxing, tinting, and makeup demonstrations, greet guests, and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements include an active esthetics or cosmetology license and experience in makeup and brow services. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for in-store events and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assess their needs, recommending services and products.
• Perform brow and facial waxing, tinting, tweezing, and related services.
• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar flow to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Brow Bar and adjacent areas.
• Represent Ulta Beauty and Benefit brand with professional appearance and behavior.
