You will perform waxing and tinting services, demonstrate products, and maintain an inviting Brow Bar. The position supports the Experience Manager and focuses on service, guest relationships, and retail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law where applicable.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales for Benefit brand by engaging guests and determining individual needs.
• Perform brow/face services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar schedule.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain product demonstrations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per policy and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with store team and brand partners to drive events and promotions.
