Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert for the Benefit brand to maximize sales by delivering personalized service, performing brow and facial waxing, tinting, and makeup applications, and representing the brand image on the sales floor.

You will build guest relationships, participate in in-store events and training, ensure safety and cleanliness, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends while meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law where applicable.
• Experience with make-up applications and eyebrow/facial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for the Benefit brand.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
