Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales for the Benefit brand while delivering exceptional guest service in-store. You will perform Brow Bar services, makeup applications, skincare analysis and engage guests to meet needs.

This role requires esthetics/cosmetology licensing, a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and strong product knowledge to drive loyalty and events while upholding Ulta Beauty policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products.
• Perform Brow Bar services: waxing, tinting, threading.
• Book appointments and manage service flow.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with state regulations.
