Qualifications

• Accounting diploma or active CPA progress.
• At least 1 year in an accounting role with bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GAAP and strong work practices.

Responsabilités

• Process check deposits and record accurately.
• Reconcile deposits in QuickBooks and maintain records.
• Prepare AR aging reports and monitor balances.
• Communicate with customers to ensure collections within 30 days.
• Follow up on aged receivables with detailed reports.
