Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant managing full-cycle accounting.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Manage the general ledger, month-end and year-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and file tax documents.
• Collaborate with external auditors and coordinate audits.
• Handle journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor cash flow and manage multiple financial accounts.
