Job summary

Acima Leasing invites applications for an Area Sales Manager to grow our retail-partner network across the New York City metro area. You will enroll, train, and support merchants in Acima’s lease-to-own platform, traveling to multiple stores weekly and collaborating with underwriting and inside sales teams.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000 to $86,000 plus commission, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package. Bonuses or incentives may apply per program guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience or enterprise account management.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish/English encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new prospects while visiting an average of 11+ stores per week.
• Follow up on merchants enrolled to offer support on lease applications or questions.
• CRM management of assigned merchants using Salesforce.
• Pipeline management to meet growth goals.
• Support underwriting and inside sales when issues arise with leases.
• Train merchants on the program and online portal onboarding.
