Job summary

Acima Leasing is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with account management and sales efforts in our partner store locations. You will guide customers through the Lease-To-Own process, educate them on terms and payments, and work to convert web and in-store orders into Acima credit customers.

The role offers hourly pay ($14.45–$16.49) plus potential monthly bonuses based on performance. A team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and rewards is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Experience in retail or leasing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Process credit turn-downs and web orders from partner stores.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and applications.
• Drive conversions by promoting Acima benefits and closing sales.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report performance to Store Manager.
