Job summary

Acima Leasing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive retailer partnerships across the Atlanta North, GA territory. You will build relationships, enroll merchants in our program, and train their teams to use Acima’s online portal.

The ASM will manage growth, assist with lease applications, and support underwriting and the sales cycle. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales or outside sales.
• Able to live and commute in Atlanta metro area.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in training merchants and supporting the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new prospects, visiting 11+ stores per weekday.
• Follow up with enrolled merchants to assist with lease applications.
• Manage CRM in Salesforce for assigned merchants.
• Support underwriting and inside sales when lease issues arise.
• Train merchants on the program and online portal.
• Help merchants generate new leases and distribute marketing materials.
