Job summary

New York Common Pantry, Inc. in the Bronx is seeking a Help 365 Bronx Senior Case Manager to deliver direct case management, support daily operations, and enhance program quality. The role focuses on helping participants access public benefits and community services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent), strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. It is a full-time, 35-hour per week, on-site role at 1290 Hoe Avenue.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to Case Managers and volunteers.
• Oversee daily Help 365 Bronx operations at the 1290 Hoe Ave location.
• Monitor staff productivity, service quality, and adherence to department policies.
