Qualifications

• 5+ years in truck brokerage, transportation management, or 3PL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily trucking brokerage operations, including load planning, dispatch, carrier selection, and on-time performance.
• Monitor workflow to meet customer requirements, costs, and company policies.
• Coach and develop operations staff to improve performance and accountability.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service for seamless handoffs and issue resolution.
• Build relationships with carrier partners and customers for reliability and growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
