Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of domestic transportation operations (FTL/LTL) and related processes.
• Experience with customer implementations or technology implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transportation and logistics projects from planning through implementation and transition to ongoing operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Facilitate meetings, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and maintain accountability.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; coordinate dependencies and resolutions.
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
