Qualifications

• Five years as a CL underwriter with E&S experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CL underwriting, rating plans, and reinsurance concepts.
• Experience with wholesale broker systems and underwriting marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and collaborate with actuarial, finance, and claims teams.
• Analyze risks, determine premiums, endorsements, and exclusions.
• Achieve production and loss ratio goals with brokers.
• Manage broker relationships and conduct broker visits as required.
• Assist with development of new products, forms and manuals; mentor junior staff.
