Job summary

You will maintain CRM, manage databases, coordinate travel and events, assist with deal documentation, and collaborate with Marketing, Research and Legal to produce marketing materials and reports. On-site role requiring strong organization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and proposal coordination with Marketing, Research and Financial Analyst for content creation and timely production of marketing materials
• Attend strategy sessions with fee-earners and other departments
• Schedule meetings with fee-earners and other departments for review and feedback
• Coordinate with vendors for printing and production of marketing collateral
• Maintain CRM, update client activity and leads, and generate reports
• Coordinate events, travel, and logistics for fee-earners
• Manage databases, listings, and third-party site updates
• Respond to data requests and maintain calendars and due dates
• Prepare deal-related documents and reviews with Legal as needed
