Job summary

Truist is seeking an in-office Financial Services Assistant to support Financial Advisors with client servicing, administrative tasks, and sales activities. The role includes preparing financial plans, processing trades, and maintaining client records for efficient service when advisors are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and related training.
• Experience in the securities industry or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (candidates may obtain additional licenses).
• Strong telephone, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors with client servicing and administrative tasks.
• Prepare financial plans, conduct investment research, and process trades.
• Schedule client appointments and manage data in Salesforce.
• Ensure new account paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
• Provide guidance on systems usage and document fulfillment.
