Truist Wealth in Winter Park, FL seeks an in-office Financial Services Support role to service Financial Advisors, handle administrative tasks, and assist with client onboarding and scheduling. You will support trading, account documentation, and client communications while ensuring compliance and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong telephone skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role preferred.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• FINRA SIE license and Series 7/66 licenses preferred or obtainable during employment.
• Exceptional telephone and professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Receive/place orders and respond to market information inquiries.
• Process corporate actions requiring licenses when applicable.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and maintain client records.
• Manage the Financial Advisor's calendar to maximize productivity.
• Identify sales opportunities and assist with client outreach.
