Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented teammate to support Financial Advisors with client servicing, planning, and trades. You will manage appointments, process orders, and help with new account paperwork.

Role requires FINRA SIE and Series 7/66 licenses or ability to obtain within a year. Strong phone, data handling, and MS Office skills are essential. In-office position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related training.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• FINRA SIE and Series 7/66 licenses or ability to obtain within 365 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and completing trades.
• Receive and place orders; respond to market queries and order features.
• Process corporate actions where licenses are warranted.
• Schedule/coordinate client appointments and maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Manage advisor calendars and maximize appointment productivity.
• Identify sales opportunities based on leads and client attributes.
• Provide operational guidance and ensure new business paperwork is accurate.
• Mitigate risk through authentication and secure communications.
