Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans and research.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments, enter data in Salesforce, create meeting agendas and summaries, prepare marketing events and perform admin tasks.
• Manage the Financial Advisor's calendar to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
• Maximize sales opportunities by contacting potential investment clients and using product knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Provide operational guidance from systems navigation to document fulfillment.
• Ensure new business paperwork is accurately submitted and properly signed.
• Authenticate incoming/outgoing calls for high-risk transactions and maintain security standards.
• Maintain a professional environment and positive impression.
• Process operations requests such as funds transfers, deposits, journals, and account updates.
• Coordinate with the Financial Advisor on reports like insufficient funds and required distributions.
• Assist with branch needs such as opening, closing, or maintenance requests.
