Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an in-office Financial Services Assistant located in Tampa, FL, to support Financial Advisors with client servicing, financial planning prep, and trade processing. The role requires licensing and strong client interaction skills.

Responsibilities include calendar management, Salesforce data entry, and assisting with new account documentation while maintaining high standards of service and risk control. This is a regular, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related training.
• Experience in the securities industry or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of securities markets and brokerage accounts.
• Knowledge of annuity products features and attributes.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses; can obtain missing licenses within 365 days.
• Excellent telephone skills and professional client interactions.
• Strong time management and communication with clients and teammates.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Process client trades and respond to market information queries.
• Handle order entry, quotes, and settlement information.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and client communications; use Salesforce.
• Support new account paperwork and ensure proper documentation.
