• Manage advisor calendar to optimize appointment productivity and travel time.
• Identify sales opportunities by contacting potential investment clients and leveraging leads.
• Provide operational guidance and ensure accurate submission of new business paperwork.
• Authentication of high-risk transactions and maintenance of client records.
• Support branch operations and assist with reports and routine requests.
