Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage banking processes and broker relationships
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple loan pipelines and deadlines
• Familiarity with regulatory timelines and disclosures

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of Offshore Full‑time Employees responsible for Loan Setup, Processing and Disclosure Support
• Serve as the main liaison between broker partners and internal teams
• Manage and oversee the loan process from setup to closing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners
• Provide timely and accurate updates to brokers and borrowers regarding loan status and requirements
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the loan process
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing
• Provide training and assistance to Loan Setup, Processors, and other team members for process improvement
• Adhere to internal, external, and regulatory procedures
• Excel in phone communication and actively engage with relevant parties
• Perform other related duties as assigned
