Job summary

Anchor Loans in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to partner with Loan Originators, supporting the origination process from lead through closing while delivering an exceptional borrower experience.

You will size loans, prepare pricing, draft term sheets, manage CRM activities (Salesforce), pre-qualify packages, and collaborate with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting to move the loan pipeline smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in mortgage lending, private lending, banking, real estate, or a customer-facing sales support role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn private lending and real estate finance.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Originators in sizing, documenting, and closing loans.
• Manage lead and loan activities in Salesforce on behalf of Loan Originators.
• Evaluate transactions using standardized tools to size deals, create quotes, and draft term sheets.
• Complete file escalations including pricing, structuring, and tiering exceptions.
• Pre-qualify loan packages and obtain required borrower documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan pipeline progression.
