Job summary

ARDRI is seeking a Pipeline Manager in Calabasas/remote to oversee the active loan pipeline from submission to funding, ensuring loans progress efficiently across departments. The role requires strong leadership, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving to improve turn times and scale production.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Capital Markets to maintain pipeline health and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage operations and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle and related processes.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active loan pipeline from submission through closing and funding.
• Track loan status, milestones, turn times, conditions, and requirements.
• Identify stalled or at-risk loans and develop proactive solutions.
