The role focuses on end‑to‑end knowledge of customer and load management, with opportunities to negotiate, coordinate with carriers, and improve service quality. A strong foundation in business and logistics is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with related experience as specified.
• Willingness to develop in Customer Experience and Capacity Procurement.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn end-to-end customer and load management within brokerage.
• Contact customers about load status and capacity availability.
• Coordinate with operations to verify load status and resolve issues.
• Negotiate spot rates and identify conversion opportunities to published business.
• Enter orders in the system and track shipments with accuracy.
• Schedule pickups/deliveries to optimize transit time and meet expectations.
• Liaise with carriers to meet revenue and margin goals.
