Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• GED with up to 1 year of professional experience may be considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross‑functionally.
• Demonstrated ownership of development and momentum in work.

Responsibilities

• Perform core responsibilities in Customer Experience and Capacity Procurement to gain end‑to‑end knowledge of customer and load management.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding load updates and capacity availability.
• Enter orders, schedule pickups/deliveries, and negotiate rates to meet service and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with carriers, verify tracking, and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Participate in a development curriculum and meet with leadership to review progress and provide feedback.
