Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in good standing at an accredited college/university.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the transportation industry and daily brokerage activities.
• Verify carrier authenticity and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Monitor freight movement to uphold service expectations and assist with revenue/margin goals.
• Learn about load management tools and how internal stakeholders and carriers communicate service issues.
