Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Broker Manager Southeast – Grocery East to plan, develop, and lead growth initiatives with broker partners across the Southeast region. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives within trade budgets and published performance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the confection industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales account responsibility experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Grocery Channel sales experience is preferred.
• Location: Flexible but located within territory (MI) or Chicago.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Consumables experience is preferred but not required. Confections experience a plus.
• Ability to travel as required to achieve results.
