Ferrara is seeking a Broker Manager, C-Store to lead an outsourced broker sales force across Chicago-area outlets. You will collaborate with Ferrara customer teams to meet short and long-term performance objectives, guide merchandising, and oversee call coverage to drive ROI.

You will conduct store visits, analyze market results, develop action plans with clear directives, and train broker personnel on products and customer knowledge to achieve results. This role is remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
• 1-2 years of broker or account management preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Syndicated/POS data a plus.
