• Minimum one year experience in a kitchen role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook stocks, sauces, soups, stews, etc.
• Assist with prep work: cutting, slicing, dicing.
• Back-up front line by preparing and assembling dishes for front cooks.
• Cool and properly store food items.
• Change food out and restock items daily as necessary.
