Caesars Entertainment–Paris Las Vegas is seeking a Cook’s Helper to assist kitchen staff in preparing items according to the Executive Chef’s requirements. This on-site role supports cooking activities such as sautéing, grilling, baking, and general prep to ensure smooth kitchen operation.

Requirements include a minimum of two years of cook experience, ability to work any day/shift, and owning basic knives/tools. English communication is essential; prior egg cooking experience is a plus.

Job Summary

The Cook’s Helperis responsible forassistingthe cooks in preparing recipes and food itemsin accordance withthe Executive Chef’s requirements.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items in accordance with kitchen needs.

Helping to do preparation work; cutting, slicing, dicing, etc.

Perform various job duties that will include in assisting the operation of grill, fryer, broiler, oven and French top in accordance with kitchen needs.

Perform preliminary preparation work in a timely manner.

Ensures ingredient supply levels are accurate.

Move items from shelves to carts and transport them to assigned stations for restocking purposes.

Maintains the required part of food items in their assigned station from support areas throughout the property.

Understand proper safety and health codes and regulations and maintain them regularly.

Ensure all areas assigned are clean and free of debris

To assist with any other job-related duties that may be assigned.

What You Will Need

Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

Work requires a minimum of twoyears' experienceas a cook.

Work requires a neat appearance with good personal hygiene.

Twoyears'frycookingexperience isrequired.

Previousexperience cooking eggs is preferred.

Previouswork experience with a point of sales system is preferred.

You mustbe able to provide your own tools, including achef’sknife, carving/slicing knife, metal spatula, metal tongs, carvingforkand a paring knife.

Must be able to work any day of the week and during any shift.

Must be able toget alongwith co-workers and must be able to work as a team.
