Job summary

The ONE Group is seeking a skilled Broiler Cook to join our high-energy kitchen in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You’ll master the broiler station, ensuring perfect sear, temps, and presentation for steaks, seafood, and other proteins while supporting a fast-paced service.

You’ll follow recipes, portion controls, and safety standards, collaborate with BOH teammates, and contribute to a guest experience that reflects our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Broiler Cook or Grill Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to cook proteins to precise temperatures and presentation standards.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of meat preparation and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate the broiler and grill stations with precision.
• Cook steaks, seafood, and other proteins to exact temperatures.
• Ensure proper sear, char, and doneness while maintaining speed and consistency.
• Follow recipe guidelines, portion controls, and plating standards.
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures and assist with daily prep tasks.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and work collaboratively with BOH team.
