Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a broiler cook in a full service upscale restaurant preferred.
• Experience with fresh products preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Nights, weekends and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Reports on time and works on the broil station per weekly schedule.
• Sets up broil station with equipment, ingredients and supplies for service.
• Assists Chef and butcher with cutting meat following Ruth’s Chris standards.
• Communicates with Chef about issues with kitchen operations, sanitation and food quality.
• Preps all foods per Ruth’s Chris recipe cards and standards.
• Supervises kitchen line during service to control quality, flow and timing.
• Ensures all items meet company specifications, plate presentation and quality standards.
• Provides guests with superior dining experience by timing and cooking to guests’ needs.
