Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage broiler station during service to ensure consistent food quality.
• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, and other proteins to order.
• Monitor cooking temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly.
