DMNO LLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Broiler Cook to join their kitchen team at 620 Chartres St in the heart of New Orleans, LA! If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in delivering perfectly cooked dishes, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities

• Operate and manage broiler station during service, ensuring consistent food quality and timing
• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, and other proteins to order according to recipe and guest specifications
• Monitor cooking temperatures and ensure all food is cooked to proper internal temperatures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary broiler station throughout the shift
• Coordinate with line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Assist with prep work, mise en place, and stocking of station before service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience as a broiler cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
