Cuts Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Broiler Chef / Line Cook to join ourAtlanta kitchen team. You will operate the broiler station during peak hours, preparing proteins and vegetables to recipe standards while maintaining temps and plating quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as line cook or broiler cook in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of broiling techniques and temperature control.
• Ability to work fast-paced and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the broiler station during high-volume service periods
• Prepare and cook proteins, vegetables, and other menu items to recipe specifications
• Maintain proper food temperatures, cook times, and plating standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution
• Monitor and rotate stock, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health codes
• Assist with prep work, mise en place, and end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning
