Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows/macOS/Linux in a corporate environment.
• Networking experience and troubleshooting in high-availability setups.
• Experience imaging PCs and deploying hardware/software.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally and globally.
• Autonomy to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for live shows and events.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting systems and hardware.
• Perform on-site QC and verify software/images before shows.
• Manage IT assets and coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
• Document incidents and post-event summaries for improvements.
