Job summary

Gravity Media is seeking an IT Analyst to join our Tech Ops team in Los Angeles. You will provide hands-on support for IT and broadcast systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage assets while coordinating with vendors during live events.

The role requires 1–2 years in Windows/Mac/Linux support, networking, and a proactive customer‑facing approach, with travel up to 50% for domestic and international roadshows as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • 1–2 years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
  • 1–2 years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL).
  • 1–2 years of troubleshooting in a high availability environment.
  • 1–2 years of PC repair, deployment experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Able to travel to local sites up to 50% of the time.
  • Professional communication with customers and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Evaluate logs, alarms or data to determine system health.
  • Triage and elevate outages to reduce downtime.
  • Understand and execute change management in a high availability environment.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvements.
  • Manage IT asset inventories.
  • Expand skills and stay updated on IT policies.
  • Update and maintain documentation and communicate status to customers.
