Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience (entry level).
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ladder and hand/power tools preferred.
• Customer service and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.
• Strong problem solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises according to standards and specs.
• Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring RF and signal levels meet specifications.
• Educate customers on products/services and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain communication with leadership and dispatch to sustain productive routes.
• Operate company vehicle safely and as trained; perform any other duties as assigned.
