Branch Civil is seeking a Project Engineer (Bridges/Structures) to lead engineering and cost-control on complex projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and compliance under the Project Manager while coordinating with field teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, quality, and safety, with responsibilities spanning drawings, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and closeout activities; travel to regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, report and forecast cost and revenue dollars and quantities.
• Fully review contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Assist PM in defining project budget and cost codes.
• Prepare initial budget adjustments for PM review.
• Ensure acquisition of permits as required.
• Maintain and update RFI, Change Order, and Submittal logs.
• Support quality control and ensure approved materials are used.
• Draft and submit Change Orders and RFIs per PM approval.
• Approve subcontractor invoices at PM final approval stage.
• Review end-of-month billings.
