Job summary

The LiRo Group in Newton, MA seeks an Associate Vice President – Bridge Structural Lead to guide LiRo-Hill’s bridge and structural infrastructure practice in New England from the Newton office. You’ll lead projects with MassDOT, MBTA, and municipalities, while growing client relationships and coordinating with cross-office teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil/structural engineering, a PE license in MA, and a proven track record delivering public sector bridge projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering bridge and transportation infrastructure projects for MassDOT/MBTA/local municipalities.
• Strong project management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and structural infrastructure projects for public sector clients (MassDOT/MBTA/municipal).
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and client communication.
