  • Serve as a local ambassador for the civil-structural department in New England, including its non-transportation practices
  • Mentor and help grow local staff as the New England team expands
  • Represent the firm at industry events, professional organizations, and client meetings
  • Help strengthen LiRo-Hill’s bridge and structural infrastructure presence in New England
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering bridge and transportation infrastructure projects for MassDOT, MBTA, and/or local municipalities
  • Strong project management background, including successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations
  • Ability to maintain client relationships and support business development; seller-doer experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of bridge engineering, structural systems, rehabilitation, inspection, load rating, and transportation infrastructure delivery
