Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a dynamic New England Bridge Leader to drive business development and lead bridge projects across the region. You will manage budgets, schedules, mentor staff, and ensure quality while collaborating with a nationwide team.

The role involves pursuing DOT opportunities, expanding bridge services, and maintaining strong client relations across MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, and RI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 12+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• PE License in a New England state (or reciprocity).
• DOT experience in New England states.
• MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge engineering project teams and oversee delivery.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Mentor Bridge engineering staff and ensure quality control.
• Assist design decisions and project management tasks.
• Pursue opportunities with New England clients and proposals.
• Maintain client communications and relationships.
