Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a New England Regional Bridge Manager to lead a regional bridge practice across Burlington, MA; Boston, MA; Norwell, MA; or Hartford, CT.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, and oversee complex transportation programs to deliver durable, cost-effective bridge solutions. Role requires 15+ years of engineering leadership, a PE license, and strong knowledge of NE DOTs with a focus on project delivery, budgeting, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and bridge/structural specialties.
• Advanced proficiency with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with New England DOTs (MassDOT, CTDOT, RIDOT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire bridge professionals across New England, maintaining morale and collaboration.
• Oversee staffing, resources, and operations to deliver bridge projects.
• Mentor staff and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
